Goth is basically a subculture

A group of people who feel comfortable with each other. There are no specifics that define what you need to do to fit into the goth scene (except, the implied black clothing). People in the goth scene all have different tastes, music, religion, hobbies, and fashion sense. And very different occupations, in other words from all walks of life.

Misunderstood by some and unaccepted by most, Gothic music, clothing and looks are not a rebelious act by all gothies. Some of us just enjoy this way of life. As others are the way they are because they like that way of life. Please accept me for who I am inside not for the way I look and dress. And I will do the same for you.
